I was calling to make an appointment and when I talked to someone, I gave my dod and it seems like she could understand me so I told her the right date, ask me for my name and I'm assuming since I have a long name she didn't want to help and said "I'll put someone on that can help you with that" then hang up on me. I called because I saw the good reviews but I guess I was wrong about the reviews.
I love CHI heart clinic. Personable. Always helpful and upbeat.
Gave me a dr appointment when he doesn't even live in Hot Springs and now I can't get an appointment until months. They moved to the medical office at NPMC and didn't tell anyone. My email sent me to the old building with a dr that doesn't live here. An older man had to walk with his walker across the street. Not a good for a first impression.
They are a good office with polite and caring staff!
I get anxious when going to any Doctors office, but everyone who works here makes me feel welcome and relaxed. They explain things very well and have patience when you ask questions. I never feel rushed. Thanks to everyone who has had to deal with me 😁🤗💙 my heart thanks you also! The picture is where my heart monitor implant is. Very smooth and easy procedure for me.
