Danny was a pleasant person, but BEWARE! Doesn’t tell truth. He said a job would take a full day maybe overtime. Just plain took advantage and overcharged more than double! $1,000 too much.
We had a patio awning installed and 7 months later it crashed down. After talking to several contractors they all agreed it fell due to faulty installation. Thankfully no one was under the awning when it fell. When contacting Hot Springs Awning we were told "those things happen" so they obviously don't stand behind their work. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.
Danny and his guys built and installed the awning at our taproom downtown Hot Springs - Great job, great people, great price. No matter what your awning needs - Danny has you covered (no pun intended)!
