I bought an awning for my deck that extends 12 feet about 2 1/2 years ago. I noticed this spring the awning was sagging on one side. Further investigation showed the bolts holding the bracket to my house were loose. I called to see if they would come by to check it out for safety and retighten the bolts. I got the answer “well we are going to be awhile before we can get out there we are really busy now” and before she could say anything more I just told her nevermind. Danny has zero understanding of quality or standards. After assessment of photos, he believes the use of 3 screws per pan meets the manufacturer standard. Using Hot Springs Awning and/or Windows and More-Cabot for install is a very poor idea as it may compromise your property and more importantly, your safety.

Danny was a pleasant person, but BEWARE! Doesn’t tell truth. He said a job would take a full day maybe overtime. Just plain took advantage and overcharged more than double! $1,000 too much.
