We've had our Hot Spring Beam spa for two years now and we couldnt not be happier with the spa and with the after sales support provide by Nicole, Craig and the team. Always helpful, informative and super friendly. Highly Recommended.
We first spoke to Chris Bryant when doing our research on spa selection. From the first conversation to the installation of the spa his customer service has been extraordinary as is his knowledge of spas. Chris has patiently responded to our many and varied questions ( including after hours) . Thrilled with the product , the service and aftercare. If you are looking for a spa this is the place to visit.
We bought our spa from Hot Springs during the Pool and Spa show, it has been a great addition for the family for the last two years, so far so good, easy to maintain! Service and delivery was professional and post care was great. We thought we had an electrical issue, but the matter was investigated, not fault on the spa and we haven't looked back since. Purchased a new spa from Hot Springs from Craig and Nicole. Amazing customer service they really care about their product and their customers Chris installed and did our set up. Would definitely recommend if your’re looking to buy quality product!
We bought a Fastlane Swim Spa from Hotsprings following seeing at The Melbourne Home Show in 2023. It was the practicality of the Covana cover that sold us on their product. Just over a year on we have our permits and are ready to fill it for the first time! Great company to deal with as have quality product at every price point and can "try before you buy". Would happily recommend them to anybody considering such a purchase before diving in!
