The large franchises can not beat our unlimited monthly tanning packages, and lower cost premium lotions. We have both stand up units and lay down beds. The new owner has made so many improvements!! She is so professional and nice. There is always new products and lotion available and a lot of different tanning package specials. I would recommend to my friends to tan here at the HOT SPOT TANNING SALON.
i have purchased packages 2 times for my "better half" and will never buy again. they never have any lotions for sale unless you wanna buy the stuff in a jello shot cup. theyalso dont seem to ever follow their business hours. at least 6 times they have been closed during the times they say theyre open.
the place was dirty and there was some weird things going on. i ended up walking out and going to chili peppers where i know the business is great and clean . the owner of the salon has some issues!!!! she was talking about her personal problems which is not a very good business type person. BEAWARE!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Theyre level 2 beds dont work, but of course they WONT tell you that...until u purchase the LEVEL 2 PACKAGE. They will put u in a LEVEL 1 bed everytime u come tan there without EVER telling you! --- and when you "ACCIDENTLY" find out ...YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND!... the place is VERY DIRTTY, the face lamps DO NOT WORK (but they have a sign up on the wall that says they "turned them off so your face can tan BETTER"....yet in some beds only one works & the other is burned out)... the "manager" there is ... read more
I am not a happy customer. I went for my 1st visit & ended up being severely burnt on my breast & butt. I am left with not small blisters but 2 large blisters on my breast & no blistering on my butt, just peeling skin. I have never tanned before & was unaware also that I was suppose to wear goggles. The attendant didnt tell me that I had to wear goggles. The subject was never discussed. Its a great place to tan, and Ginger brings it alive, rather have a personal attention than just be a number, and end up with a rotten tan.
This place used to be my favorite place to tan. Now its way too busy and Ginger is loud and obnoxious, tanning supposed to be a peaceful place to go, now when you go its like a party all the time. Now I have to find a new place to tan
i bought a tanning package here, but have been grossed out every time i visit for a tan. things are not clean and the floor gives me the chills to walk on. after my package runs out, im NOT going to renew my membership. yuck. the people who work here are pretty nice, but the cleanliness "issue" is a huge turnoff for me.
