This is the worst possible place to ever get a tanning membership. the only they care about is getting money, and they WILL scam you. Your membership will never be cancelled and you will get charged every month. They will tell you otherwise, and try to sweet talk you. pay attention to your invoices, or simply just don’t go here.

I have tried to cancel a membership for three months. Mr. Hughes will not return my call and continues with take draws from my credit card. We provided a letter requesting the account to be closed in June, 2016. they continue to bill our account. Very disappointing! Vince Culotta

Impossible to Cancel Membership – After deciding to cancel my membership, I was first told to write a letter to a PO Box. After this failed to cancel, I went in person and was told that mailing a letter was not proper protocol and that Mr. Paul Hughes (owner) would be in touch with me within 24 hours. Never received a call. Again went in person and was given Paul's cell phone number and also his wife's number after the salesperson informed me that MANY people have this problem. Great Place – Benn going there for years. My daughter moved out of town and cancelled her account it was done quickly and professionally. Never any problems there , owners and workers are very nice and friendly

Who are you? – I do not know who you are or why you are writing this mess about us! You submitted your comment annomously. I am unaware of anyone having a billing problem with Hot Spot Tan. We have been in business for over 8 years and take pride in how we treat our customers. If this is a legitamate complaint I am totally unaware of it and I do not know how to contact you other than through this web page! WARNING – Do you sense a RUN AROUND? This was been going on since October of 08'. When we spoke with the owners of Hot Spot Tan to cancel, they told us we needed to contact Affiliated Acceptance Corporation, their credit card processing company. When we called Affiliated Acceptance Corporation, they told us we needed to cancel thru Hot Spot Tan. Since then, we have sent 3 letters of cancellation to Hot Spot Tan(the owners gave us a P.O.
