Unqualified technicians are with no certifications.
They screwed over my friend when it came to installing a new part to her pool, sent out someone to install it who was new and had to FaceTime someone in order to get it done and that wasn't even the problem to begin with! They are thieves and will steal your money to "fix" things that aren't broken.
