They arrived on time and did an excellent installation job. A week later, when I was having trouble with a faulty battery box, they came out to the house on a Sunday and swapped out the box and checked everything twice. They also exchanged the screen, as mine had a few indentations that shouldn't have been there. I'm extremely satisfied. The Valor Legend 3.5 really puts out the heat!
Small store but nice selection of wood stoves Small shop but a very nice selection of wood burning, gas, and pellet stoves. Also has any supply you'll need for upkeep of the stove (this is where I buy all my supplies). Would recommend.
Helpful even after the sale The Hot Spot Fireplace store has very knowledgeable sales people working there. I purchased a stove there many years ago and have been back for some service and parts. I still like these people.
Need wood stove supplies? We had a hard time finding a replacement part for our wood stove. We called around and after searching for a while we found Hot Spot. The carry everything from Wood stoves to Barbeque supplies. if you can't find what you need they will find it for you and order it if needed.
