The Hot Spot Diner should be renamed The HOT SPIT Diner...they over booked a 9 year olds party...would not fix their MESS UP...left us high and dry! We all stuck together & won't let them ruin a kids party. Don't book a party there...they SUCK!!! They don't even know how to spell RESTAURANT!
Waited over an hour for the food and when we got the food it was cold.
Went there for an event, which was absolutely amazing and went to the "diner" afterwards. The staff did not even know if the kitchen was open around 12:00-12:15a. The so called diner did not serve breakfast 24 hours, odd for a diner but whatever. Ordered one of the specials and the meat itself tasted rancid. Ate the French fries that accompanied it, and was charged the full fee for the meal even after an employee stated it would be removed from the bill since I had barely touched it.
