when you go into a billiard hall, EVERY TABLE should be premium. The tables have roll and the house cues are a disgrace, Pool halls are about players, and quality equipment. Hot Shots has "classes" of tables with poor felt and cheap rails. no respectable billiard hall would have that. If you want to impress friends who don't know shit and think "atmosphere" and "drinks" and stupid buffets define a players merit, then by all means, go there. not for genuine players. a place for poseurs. After all, it is in beaverton.
