Has anyone recently ordered a hot tub from Hot Shots? Have you gotten delivery yet? I understand that factories were closed and parts were out of stock, but it’s been almost one year since we ordered it and still no delivery.
RecommendedI had the pleasure of dealing with Dino the owner and I can say with absolute certainty that he focused and delivers on customer service and the customers happiness!!!! If you are looking to purchase or in need of repairs please do yourself a favor and call Dino!!!! You won't be disappointed.

Just want to shout out a very big THANK YOU to Dino. Nothing like dealing with warm weather in the Hot Tub & Spa business during a Pandemic. However, the challenges did not prevent Dino from being a tremendous help to me. He took several phone calls and guided me through the replacement of the Water Diverter on my Hot Tub. Today, I am happy to say it is working awesomely. Thanks to you - Dino, I am back to full throttle on my jets. You are gentleman and a true professional.

Dino and his crew are awesome. Purchased a Dynasty Spa and he was so helpful and explained everything about the spa and what needed to get done. Also hats off to Peter and Nelson. Both of them are honest and professional and you will NEVER find a hot tub mechanic like them. Forget the other companies that service and sell. Go to Hot Shot.

I bought my tub about 6 years ago. I bought the Hot Shots King by Dynasty Spas. It has been a great investment for me. I am in it every night, all year long. Hot Shots is ALWAYS there to answer questions, perform maintenance and they are very knowledgeable about their chemicals and products.
