I'd prefer to give zero stars! I used to tolerate bad customer service. but why? especially when I can pick and choose where I want to spend my money... wizard or lizard doesn't matter, being a wizard in his field doesn't make his lizard personality good or even worth the effort of guessing what mood or manner you'll receive on any particular day... He's usually in the back of his establishment, working on glasses. He comes out, you show him your glasses and without a word retreats into his workroom. Before you know it, your glasses are fixed and cleaned and often times when it's a minor repair, he won't charge you. He's the best.
