Never had a move go better than with Hot Shots. Crew was friendly, punctual, and completed the entire move in 2.5 hours with an additional stop. Flat rate keeps you from getting ripped off. Highly recommending to all my friends.
Professional, on time, quick, courtesy (they asked a neighbor if they needed to move their moving van when they saw them heading towards the parking lot). They even noticed that the last movers (stuff was put in storage) wrapped up the bed frame in tape, leaving a permanent sticky area. They know their stuff. The pricing was easy too; just one dollar amount. No pro-rated per hour, price per mile driven, etc add ons. Thanks for the move guys.
I hired Hotshots for our move from Valley Ranch to Frisco. The experience from the first phone call to their execution of the move was flawless. Because rain was in the forecast for our move today, they took the initiative to send 2 teams to make sure they were able to get us moved before the rain hit. That exceeded my expectations. Hotshots was a recommendation from a close friend who's neighbors raved about their own experiences. My family and I couldn't be happier with our move and our choice in Hotshots.
