Hot Shots definitely ROCKS! – I do alot of traveling around the country and let me tell you...this place tops my list as one of my favorites! I have been here several times since the new management took over and the changes are unbelievable! The place looks great, you can catch a view of several of the flat screen TV's from anywhere, and I was so impressed with the service...especially on my last visit! Awesome Establishment – Ive been coming here for about 3 years and this place rocks. I love coming here to smiling faces and a fun atmosphere. I have read some of the comments and not quite sure if they were in the same place I was. I have had numerous people tell me they are glad that I told them about this place because there are so many different things you can do there. Complete crap – I've been going to Hot Shots for twenty years. The last year or so has got to be the worst in the restaurant's history. It used to be a cool place to play some pool and watch football with friends, but new ownership and worthless staff have made this place the anus of the bar scene. The clientele is absolutely horrendous these days, with everyone there looking to sell you some blow or steal your car stereo. Hot Shots BLOWS – I recently went to Hotshots in Sunrise and let me tell you: I will NEVER go back. The pitchers of Bud Light were 13 dollars, the food came out cold. Not warm but cold. I attempted to talk to the manager, Matt, who ended up being a total rude a-hole about my cold food issue. He had a worse attitude than the staff. New Owner makes a difference – I was at Hot Shots over the weekend. I haven't been to this bar in months. The bartender told me that there is a new owner and you can already see the change. The bar was packed and every game was playing. Some new flat screen tv's. Great service. I will be back

Worst experience ever !! – The first time we went they did not put in our food order and we waited an hour and a half for our wings. the second time we went the bill was 89.54 and i was charged 107.44 i did not add a tip to it i gave our server a cash tip of $12 and now i had to dispute the charge with my bank. so food is marginal, service is terrible and servers will apparently add there own tip to your check after you have signed.

Cheesy clientel; lousy service – Lots of wierd people hang out there. Makes you feel uncomfortable walking though the parking lot at nights. The servers there are slow and will only serve you if they know you. Oh well.
