Ive been using this self-service car wash for years, and have noticed some real positive improvements in the last year or so. My guess is there was a management/ownership change, and the new folks are doing a great job. They removed those awful posts in front of the entry doors and put the switches to open the doors on the walls. No more banged up bumpers on the posts. The brushes appear to be new or newer.
