Not the KBBQ you're looking for. This stuff is maybe Chinese BBQ, but not Korean. Video included. I've eaten at lots of KBBQ while living in Korea Town, LA, this ain't it chief. The hot pot was fine 🤷
Went for a friend of friend's birthday and it was fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious and the service and atmosphere was perfect.
Horrible customer service! Some lady kept coming kept coming to our table everytime and it was obvious she was suspicious of us. It made us feel uncomfortable and the atmosphere was very weird and disrespectful. We said we weren’t done with our food and she took a some kind of bottle with butter in it and took it away from us. We also reminded her that we wanted a separate bill many times but ended up making a whole bill for 3 tables and one person had to pay. After all that she still decided to push us to tip? I was dissatisfied with the service here. The woman walking back and forth and staring at us was very unnatural and made us feel uncomfortable during our meal. Before the meal was finished, the elderly woman came and took away the cooking oil bottle, showing disrespect to the customers. Before ordering, we requested a separate bill, but they ended up forcing us to pay one bill.
We called to ask questions about this place since we never heard of it. Hiep answered the phone, super friendly and very convincing for us to try this place so we did! Not realizing he would be waiting on us, he literally walked us through every step of the way along with picking out items for us to try and cook. He was amazing and Elaine was wonderful too, checking on us to ensure we had a great first visit! The options on the buffet were endless. We will definitely be back and thank you Hiep for everything!
