who adds on gratuity when there is only two people. also a charge for paying with my card. I've been here alot and never payed attention to my bill. the last two times I'm like wow that's high so I looked over my receipt to see the extra charges. this whole time I've been double tipping and the service sucks. wint be back
I came here about 2 times. I love this restaurant. The food is very affordable and the service is so respectful. On both occasions, there was only one staff member and he worked so hard at a full restaurant We tipped him extra. The hotpot with spicy base is recommended! I am from Australia and when I got to USA again, I will definitely come back!
poor service....been there several times and after this experience i won't go back!
Horrible service we couldn't even get cold drinks or can understand on the menu while we were ordering the server act like she was irritated with as being there never go back again
Super cool dinner idea, never been and always wanted to try so took my mom, she loved it too!
