Our heat went out, we have a boiler system, called 6 different companies before we found a company who was willing to come out immediately and who knew how to work on a boiler system(previous company sent out a tech who knew nothing about boilers and was asking us the homeowner about how it worked)! The service was phenomenal and Doug S. was very knowledgeable and we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of by being sold extra things we did not need. Needed my A/C system repaired so I decided to give Urban Mechanical a call. They were able to come out and service my A/C system within less than a day and repair it in a timely manner. The technicians were extremely courteous and were able to fix the issue without any problems.
