Best decision I ever made was trying out this place! I absolutely love the classes—each one is fun, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. The instructors are kind, informative, and very patient, which made a huge difference for me. When I first started, I struggled with my breathing due to past smoking habits caused by anxiety. HotPhiit is a great spot to break a sweat - the workouts are always a challenge, in a good way. I really enjoy their weekly yoga class as well (for a change of pace). The instructors are friendly, informative, and high energy. There aren't many HIIT options in Bronxville, so I'm glad I found this place. I enjoy attending their classes every week.
This is a local hot Pilates studio. Everyone is very welcoming and the classes are challenging yet fun. All of the teachers have great upbeat playlists as well. Highly recommend this spot. Support your local businesses!
I just visited Hot Phiit for the first time, and I’m super impressed! The vibe is amazing, and the instructors are so welcoming and helpful. The class was challenging but fun, and I felt really motivated throughout. The studio is clean and has a great atmosphere.
