The staff is wonderful! When you drop your dog off, you can rest assured knowing they will be cared for while you're away.
Our mini schnauzer really dislikes being groomed. I always feel guilty sending her to the groomer. But I know they really care @ Hot Paws. They call me about a half hour before she's ready so I can be there ASAP to take her home :D A few times I've called with questions and the owner came to the phone both times to answer my questions personally. Thank you for being so caring! Also, Scout looks adorable every time she is groomed @ Hot Paws.
Walking in for the first time , my fur baby Maddie was swept up in the arms of Octavio . Maddie is everything to us , so I was nervous going to a new place and dropping her off for a grooming . Thank you Octavio , we will be back !
I love driving by Hot Paws when the dogs out! They are having a blast in the huge fully fenced yard complete with swimming pools and shade trees. Octavio and his staff take excellent care of their boarders-as if they were their own personal pets. Love this place!

Honestly I think Hot Paws saved our dogs life back in December when he was boarding over the holidays and they have taken great care of Max and his buddies when we travel. Great kennel, fabulous grooming and the staff is terrific.
