My husband and I bring our dogs in every month for a bath and grooming. The staff are always so friendly and they know our dogs so well. One of my boys is a constant barker and not friendly towards people (he is picky). When I tell you that he LOVES everyone there, I am serious! When we come back to pick them up they tell me how good he did and he is always calmer on his way out than on his way in. They make us feel so comfortable and even more so make our boys smell so good and look good! #SidneyandMilosMomma
Our dog Murphy stayed at Hot Paws for the first time this week. We were reluctant due to a bad boarding experience at a different place. Hot Paws was so excellent and professional. I loved all the communication and videos I received. I never had to worry if he was ok- I could see on the videos that he was having a blast. Will use every time we are in need of boarding.
My sweet Gretchen visited Hot Paws today for daycare and grooming and I was very pleased!! She is only 5 months and this was only her second grooming, her first one turned out horrible. Today She came home looking like a perfectly groomed pup.🐶. I was also very happy to see lots of other small dogs for her to play with at daycare. We are very happy with bringing our dog to Hot Paws! Gracie has so much fun and comes home tired from playing so much. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend them!
