Anthony is very professional; very thorough with his troubleshooting process and he made sure my system was working good before the weather change. Explained everything in depth so I understood it. I would recommend Hot or Not Heating and Cooling to anyone and they will definitely be my first call for HVAC!
Anthony was great and very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to me. He was very in depth with the diagnostic of my system, I would highly recommend Hot or Not to anyone without hesitation, this is a great company with fantastic customer service.
I have been using this company for a few years now. I've known my package unit was going to need replacing eventually, and they have been keeping an eye on the heat exchanger in the unit for me since day 1 because of some rust.
