I have to share my experience. I was so excited to get my nails done, it was a gift from a friend. The guy did them and they looked like crap. I had to go back twice and both times had to pay as a result of a very unpleasant and terrible job. Here i am a week later, with nails falling off and looking horrible. Honestly, when someone messes up, even with sizing of nails, why should I have to pay for them to try to fix them? That to me is unsatisfactory customer service.
