I’m very disappointed in the services I got today. I gave them two stars only because they services me while in my wheelchair. I watched the lady take a USED sanding band to my toenails. How did I know it was used? The band wasn’t brown. You could see white on it as it was used. None of the implements they used came out of a sanitation packet so I’m not sure if they were sanitized. Staff is very rude and they listen to your conversation if you're on the phone try to charge me for something I did not ask for just because she heard me on the phone talking to someone about what I might get then got a attitude when I told her I did not ask for it so why should I have to pay for it how does she know I didn't change my mind very very rude not to mention one of my toes are squared and the other one is round if everything was looking good and right I wouldn't have said nothing I won't be back to all my ladies ... read more

very very disappointed! I asked for a manicure with no polish. The nail tech only trimmed the cuticle. she did not do anything else that is apart of a basic manicure : file, trim, push cuticle back, use acetone, cuticle oil, scrub or clean under nails!!!!! and they charged $20 for nothing 😡😡in the past hot nails has been great but they have gone completely down!!!! i’m so sad about this I reached out to them and let them know about the lack of the job they had done and all they said was “you said you didn’t want polish and... read more
