I got a mani pedi with nail polish on my toes but not my nails. I asked the woman if she could just give me a manicure for my nails with no polish and she did so, but not very well. She left my cuticles on and barely cut my nails. And when she was doing my toes she constantly kept stopping to check or switch something on her phone. Now, I apologize if this is a condition or something but otherwise I think she could have been a little more professional, because my toes did not come out amazing either.

I am sad to write this review. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and never had a problem until the last year. I noticed the quality was going down but still kept coming… I even came for my wedding nails. The nails in the photo were the nails they wanted me to walk out with. I complained to one of the owners on how ugly my nails were. I asked them just to paint them white and I was never coming back. I’ve been doing my mani and pedi at Hot Nails for couple months now. I love it and I totally recommend Henry as your next nail technician. I love that he is very meticulous and detailed with his work.
