I walked in first thing this morning with one nail that was broken, required removal and a new nail installed. I have been getting my nails done since I was sixteen years of age but the first gentleman by the entrance accepted the job and I did not know that someone could do such a horrible job with one nail. I mentioned that it was crooked and to wide; totally the opposite of the rest of my nine nails. Horrible!! I went in on Easter Saturday, when I recognized that there was no wait that should have been my sign to leave!!! However I stayed. Tami removed my polish and gave me a manicure. Another tech was carrying his dog around. When prompted to go wash my hands I noticed a lot of food in the back as if they cooked in a restaurant or something, boxes of bananas and vegetables and other items.
