Very unwelcoming nail salon. The service itself was ok, didn't really get a foot massage. The technician never asked my name, nor offered theirs. From reading the reviews, I learned the owners name is Kim. Turns out Kim is who did my pedicure. Kim never asked my name, I found out hers when paying. She asked if it was my first time here and I said yes, and it will be my last. Didn't ask me what could have been better as I would have told her. If there is a zero star I would give them. The service is very quick and the results are like trash so disappointed. I paid $38 for the nails and added $5 tips.
This is the best nail place ever. Perfect shape every time. Ive tried other places because I live about 30 minutes away, but always come back because my nails always look extra good when i do them here. 🤩🤩 highly recommend Hot Nails
