I had dip with tips done with daisy. I loved my nails, I went in kinda late in the day and she stayed an extra 30 mins after closing to finish my nails. I did a super intricate design and I’m very happy with the results. She did them beautifully, I’ll definitely be back. Minus one star because the nails felt thinner and a bit weaker than ones I’ve done in the past with other salons, but it’s been two weeks since I did them and none have broken. Overall very happy with the service

Maybe it depends on the person you get, but my nails came out horrible. I asked for a medium length coffin full set. I didn't realize it until I got home since they were closing when I left, but each nail on every finger is a different length. The acrylic is thicker on some nails and thinner on others, you can see the acrylics strokes underneath the Polish which looks sloppy and they used the artificial nails that are shaped down, which are awful looking. Daisy did my nails beautifully, ai always get scared to try new things but she executes my vision amazingly. Thus time I tried almond and a summertime nail look. She did outstanding. Tom also did my feet and finished with a cute flower. Hot nails has amazing service and are always nice they take their time to make sure you look great after!

I had an amazing experience! I took my girls in with me (ages 4 and 5) and they took great care of us! My pedicure felt so good and she did phenomenal on getting my ingrowns out! They let my girls draw and play while they were waiting for me and made us all super comfortable! Thanks guys and see you again soon!

I didn’t get my 10% off for being a new customer. And there’s definitely lack of communication. I didn’t get what I asked for but it was kinda close. I have too much social anxiety to say something so it was my own fault. The woman beside me wanted a matching mani and they put a different colors on her hands than what was on her feet. Everyone is very friendly.
