Not very cajun. Crawfish had very little flavor. I asked if the crawfish was frozen or fresh and the waitress said fresh. It is NOT FRESH. Etoufee tasted like Cambells Soup made it.
Sadly, the seafood is too salty to enjoy and I ordered it WITHOUT seasoning AND they got that wrong!
Always great! Just wish they had at least a salad. No veggies at all.

The lemon pepper sauce they have is just So tasty.. That is the only flavor I get when I go.. I also love there corn on the cob in the the lemon pepper sauce... If you haven’t had Hot N Juciy you don’t know what you are missing...
