My shrimp and crab legs were good! I'll be back for a po' boy!!
Today was my worst, the food was good until I open my bag with the corn in the lemon pepper sauce and my corn had been bit off of. I told the manager and he took the corn and brought new 1 back 5min later. Of course by that time I was turned all the way off. Break from Hot N Juicy for a minute. Guess Imma try boiling crab, next time

A restaurant's restroom tells me everything I need to know. I was so impressed and had been here several times before but never used the restroom. All I can say, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Our server Lisa, was so attentive, HAPPY, helpful and made sure our food was correct. I used to be all in love with their competition but now....I ONLY WANT HOT AND JUICY!!! Thanks for the experience and for servers who LOVE their job!
I went to the O.C. location this past weekend. I was VERY unhappy. The food was cold, there were nats in my ice/drinks, the cook forgot to cook my food/order and there were 2 servers for all customers. I was very disappointed.
My wife and I was not pleased the service sucks and the food is horrible, for sure we thought that the shrimp would be cleaned, if you sit down and eat and think about the unclaimed shrimp and crawfish it brings a nasty taste to your mind i'll never return again.
A hostess and 1 server was certainly not enough for the facility. You may want to order your couple beers and a water the first time they ask you because you probably won't get another opportunity to do so. Oh and ask for the check when they bring you the drinks because that was quite a wait also. I gave the service a generous "2". However, the food was great! I gave that part a "5". Decided to meet it in the middle at an official "3" overall. I'll definitely return but not if I'm crunched for time.
Let me explain my comment. I loved the food when we got it. It was a Monday night and they were apparently short staffed. We had an hour wait outside and over 29min wait to place my order and about 45 additional minutes to receive my food. However it took and additional 35 minutes for my brother and son to receive there Shrimp and fries order. My Server Shanah rocked. She was very helpful. The environment was super chill it allowed you to remain within your party and enjoy your meal. I didn't have to look for help, refills, etc. The service was awesome! I just had one concern: if and when a server goes home they should always introduce their replacement. My server went home and I had no idea. My overall experience was grrreat! I dined on 1:6/17.
