Hot & Juicy was a 1st experience for me on yesterday the employees up til the manager was by far the friendliest and most respectful people ever. The worker by the name of Elaine was definitely the reason I took my mama back TODAY. I am even going back tomorrow before jumping on the road back to my own city. I will be telling everyone on FB about my experience and hopefully will bring more business to Hot and Juicy. All 5s in my book.
The "Hot n Juicy" sauce is amazing. It's their house sauce. Although I prefer my shrimp to be peeled and cleaned before hand, it was still great. Will return aayyee!!
First time at HNJ was on yesterday and returned back today. My favorite waitress is ELAINE!! � ASK FOR HER WHEN YOU GO. She has great customer service skills and is a pure sweetheart. Great seafood!!
Food was a little over cooked, especially the shrimp. Service wasn't the best. Got more attention from a different waitress than my own. Then a menu item was explained to me one way then I got charged for it later, after I was told it was included with my meal. Overall, not the best place to get seafood in Orlando. Especially if I'm spending my money at your establishment.
First experience with Hot N Juicy with the husband and family and I must say hat I was pleased with the food as well as the prices. Kudos for the corn lol, I almost asked them to make me some to go.
