I went to this restaurant with my dad. We waited an hour to be seated and over an hour to get our food. They were "Half off" $6 margaritas (they're normally $12 for the same size) and they were only 8oz glasses and it was clearly all juice and ice. While we were waiting no one checked on us. We kept asking how long our food would take and didn't get an answer... people were served before us even though they were seated after us. It was just poor hospitality. Absolutely horrible!! We visit often and tonight the crab legs were really small and under weight. The general manager Yohan came over and literally repeated himself over and over like a bad recording basically saying “he assures us the crabs are pre-weighed”. Totally ignored that we were served a half cluster with 2 legs for $25. No offer to make things right, offered a Togo container when asked what he could do. Just lost a family that traveled from Tampa to Orlando ... Never again!!!
Literally drive all the way from Tampa to Orlando just for this restaurant. This was maybe my 15th visit here because we come at least once a month to Disney and THIS is BY FAR THE WORSE experience I have EVER had! A skimpy ass cluster was $25 & normally their food is prepared freshly and always worth it but NOT tonight! Asked for the manager and he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We enjoyed the laid back atmoshere and the price, quality, and quantity of the seafood. Highly recommend to seafood lovers.
Came to this restaurant based on many recommendations, we drove from Tampa for my brothers birthday and we chose to eat here. The food was amazing and flavorful also the table layout was cool and unique. However the service was absolutely awful. At first we were given 3 gloves to share between 4 people and then when we asked for a few more gloves so everyone could have a pair our waitress slung half a box of gloves on our table and walked away.
