My family and I dined at the Hot N Juicy Crawfish Orlando Florida location yesterday evening (July 7, 2019) to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. We got food poisoning. We are unsure about whether the improperly handled food was the previously frozen crawfish or some other item in THE DROOL. Food was good but service was Stucked. They didn’t bring my snow crabs but charged on the bills. When I asked the waitress said “ why you didn’t asked me “ ??? I did asked but food didn’t come. Poor service.

It’s inconvenient that they bring the food to the tables at different times. I really liked the music in the restaurant. The food is overpriced for seafood quantity that the consumer received. I may be more judgmental because I’m from the gulf(Mobile). It was okay but I wouldn’t recommended it to other people. If your looking to get a good meal that is filling this is not the place.
It was delicious! Great first time experience eating crawfish!
They need to bring whole tables order at the same time. Half of table received food and other half did not come, when waiter was asked he was rude and irritated. We canceled our half of the dinner since our other guests were done eating. Poor customer service. We have always been loyal customers but sad to say not anymore.

Food was really good. People were very friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. I would definitely go back.
It took too long to get my food! My entire table was eating before me, like 20-30 minutes before me. I only ordered crab legs!
