Amazing machines, but like all machines things break over time and the most important part of a company is their service/customer service team. I had a machine go down and had the pleasure of working with Nick. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Honestly blown away, thanks HMT!
Been using a hot glue system from HMT for several years now. The system works great and is very reliable. The service department is fantastic. Very quick responses and very knowledgeable. They have helped me solve issues quickly over the phone several times.
I consider B Webb of Hot Melt Technologies a true partner in our business. We are in the process of expanding our business and adding 4 machines. It has needed to be a quick turn around and Mr. Webb not only has facilitated the rush on our equipment but had loaned us a machine until ours was shipped.
