Now I wasn’t going to review because the girl that did my hair was lovely but my hair is just sooooo damaged it’s not right. I went in for a spiral perm and left with my hair completely falling out, breaking off and so chemically damaged I have no choice but to Cut it all off. Hot Locks is a beautiful salon. They truly cater to ladies. They sell great products. All are very friendly and very personable.
Absolutely LOVE Sue's highlight work! She knew exactly what I was looking when I talked about my needs and frustrations in my past experiences with other salons.
I've been coming to Hot Locks for three years now to work with Keri and she is amazing! She is SO kind, she makes me feel so comfortable each time, she makes suggestions for products to keep my hair looking great, and she always listens to what I want. I highly recommend Keri for anyone looking for an awesome hairdresser, especially the blonde girls out there!!
I left with everything I had asked Keri not to do to my hair. My slow growing hair is ruined for at least a year or more now. Even after showing her pictures and asking for a longer version, she cut off all the back of my hair and shaved my sensitive neck. My bangs were in the shape of a rainbow instead of straight and now the front of my hair is way longer than the back. It looks stupid and I won't be able to have a ponytail again for a least a year.
