I called this salon on a whim when I decided I desperately needed a haircut. They got me in that same day, at 8pm which was incredibly convenient. I went to Phi and she was great. She thoroughly washed my hair and gave me a quick head/neck massage which was a bonus for me! I have very long hair and was nervous about cutting it, but she was honest with how much dead hair I needed off and was very detailed with making sure the length was even all around.
