Ben and his crew did a professional job from start to finish.The cost for new furnace and air conditioner was out of this world at first i thought the estimate was an error.If you are in need of new furnace and air conditioner give Ben a call you will not be disappointed!
I already had a great experience 7 years ago when Ben Knorr put in an AC unit in a rental property. However, what prompted me to put this review in was the customer service he and his team provided a few weeks ago. The AC unit stopped working on one of the hotter days this summer. Ben helped me trouble shoot but we had no luck. He gave me a time his team would be there the next morning and it ended up being a wire that came loose and needed to be tighten.
