Ben and his team are the best in the business. He beats everyone's prices and not just by a little bit. He always explains what work needs to be done clearly and work is done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Also willing to help if there is ever an unexpected issue and walks you thru potential quick fixes (which often works) before coming out and charging for a service call.
From this moment on, HOT KNORR COLD will be the only ones touching my HVAC. I was with another large company prior to Hot Knorr Cold and alway felt like I was being nickled and dimed and sometimes difficult to get someone out. Had Ben and crew replace my furnace and air conditioner after they stopped working. Price was best around, had the items the following day, very professional, and most importantly, they know what they are doing. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else and neither should you.
Ben was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and kept me at ease. Out of all the quotes I got, he was the best price. Ben and his crew got my install done in a timely matter. They are the best!
Unreliable, unprofessional, and downright rude. Install went ok for my units but any time there was a problem he blames everyone but himself. Now he’s ghosted us and left us to find someone else to fix.
Ben and his team came out and fixed our AC very quickly and efficiently. They are very professional, helpful and explain everything thoroughly. Great service and extremely reasonable price.
