We've used Hot Knorr cold in the past. They replaced our HVAC in our old house. Called them in the fall because we felt that the HVAC at our new house was at the end of it's life. When we called they said they won't come out to look at it unless they installed it. Had someone else come out and they installed a new unit. Very disappointing.
Our house is over 125 years old in Phoenixville. All other HVAC companies declined central air and ductwork and said mini splits were only option. Ben was creative and gladly accepted the challenge. We love the aesthetics and cost savings zones of central air.
Gathered prices for AC and decided to go with Hot Knorr Cold, mainly due to the price. They came in thousands below other quotes, which was great! But what I didn’t know was that I was also going to get personalised service, complete honesty, integrity, and a crew of guys that I would love to have back to my home again just to hang out!!
