Walked in with my son for a haircut. Kim did a fantastic job and it didnt take long. Definitely going back
I am not a Karen and nearly never post reviews but I’m so sad I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else who goes here to have their hair dyed. This is not a ‘salon’. Hair cuts only! …if that. I was referred to see Kim the owner by a friend so I made an appt 4 days in advanced even though she said any day any time. She never showed Monday (which I understand she said she had a major health issue) but would be available the next day so I booked a few days later when I could come in. Had an amazing experience at Hot Heads!! They are Amazing, friendly, and very reasonable!! Highly recommend this place
New location on 52 has easy front parking and is beautiful new studio. Kim, Casey and Marsha have more combined experience as stylist than any of the larger salons around. Casey is a seasoned professional that can be trusted with all services, even does my tape-ins with perfection. These ladies are pros that offer skilled services w/o the high costs or drama🩷♥️
I'm not even going to go back after today. I will have to visit another salon for color correction and also to fix this cut. Just horrible. I was burned by a flat iron. And felt so rushed. The stylist was so ruff my entire appointment. I felt like the color that was being applied was being slapped on. After looking at my hair in better lighting. I could have done a better job at home with a 5.00 box of hair coloring. She was so careless. At one point i had to wipe it off my lip. Walked out with a soaked shirt. They we... read more
