Becka was great
I had a last minute event come up and desperately needed my hair colored, trimmed and styled. I had never been to Hot Heads before but saw that they accepted walk ins, so I figured I'd give them a try. When I walked in there were 2 stylists and both had customers. I was greeted immediately, and Tracy agreed to work me in as soon as she finished her current cut. Within 10 minutes I was in her chair. We discussed what I wanted and she got straight to work.
