I normally do not leave negative feedback, but after repeated poor service, today I am posting. Our business ordered lunch from this location weekly. Today part of our online order included a spicy chicken bowl with guacamole on the side. The bowl had no chicken and the guacamole was in the bowl. Additionally, we ordered chips and Queso and it was not included with our pick up order. I was very disappointed and did not want to go back to the store to get a new lunch bc our lunchtime is limited anyway.
I go here every once in while, the first few times I've gone, it was wonderful. They had a great staff, always got our orders right and we're very friendly. However, it seems they have a whole new staff, and today as I was ordering, the people talking our orders were verbally fighting and it was extremely uncomfortable. Ignore the hater. I go to this location about twice a month and they never do me wrong. If you can't check your own bag before leaving then you shouldn't be getting fast food.
