I am a dasher and No employee even greeted me when I stood at counter for over 5 minutes. I was talking to another dasher and an employee as me if this was the order I needed, I said who is for and he replied if I had been paying attention I would know, instead of repeating the name. He then began arguing with me infront of other customers and the another employee said he is a doordasher, we don't have e to talk to him, get out. Updated 2025: When I want a protein packed couple of meals to tide me over for a weekend, I first look to Hot Heads. Michael G was extremely helpful during my last visit. I guess the chorizo got too hot during the prep and charred the meat, and he suggested a different protein or I could wait for a new batch. I appreciate him speaking up, and he was quick to tell me about the sweet habanero sauce being a great choice. He mentioned they sell it by the bottle, and I immediately had to get one to go. The food is good. Just keep an eye on the sauce they add. It was a little too much sweet habanero sauce. Outside that it was good. Everyone enjoyed their food. That's a rarity. You can customize your burrito or bowl. Dad has a limited diet and he was able to make a bowl. Service was good. The last taking the order was helpful and courteous. If you patronize often you can download their app.
Great lunch. The Hawaiian burrito is phenomenal.
