I got a sweet teriyaki chicken taco and it was terrible. I think they steam the soft tacos because it was chewy rubbery like and had no structure to it what so ever couldn't even hold it and the chicken was over cooked and disgusting
Concerning a Ms. Jaz Ortiz's strongly worded Google Review.. You were on the verge of being fired because of several no call / no shows. These caused literally EVERY other employee except for one to have to work a 10+ hour shift at least once because you didn't show up. When you went in on Friday to collect your check - which by the way, is a direct deposit, which is automatically added to your bank account - you came in, no longer employed, entered the employees only area, and grabbed the checks - checks, plural. This might be the best tasting Mexican food in Western MA. The food tastes fresh. I never like burrito wraps because they always have a weird aftertaste, but this place has different flavors and they are soo good. I had the jalapeno cheddar wrap and it was amazing. The online specials for pickup make it super affordable to get tacos or nachos too. The burrito was filling.
We always love going to Hot Heads in Northampton. The staff are great and the food never disappoints! Their rewards program is actually very worth joining also. I Get free burritos pretty often.
Witnessed Uber eats or door dash was rude and lady was by herself, she fulfilled order successfully and with pride. Good job and keep up the hard work
