I'm very happy with this service. I got what I wanted - there was no annoying upsell attempt - for a fair price. Great communication both from admin and Lee, the tradesman (owner?). He's obviously very experienced. Honest. Five stars 🤩

The technician diagnosed the issue immediately and had my hot water system running perfectly again in under 30 minutes. Beyond the incredible speed, the price was extremely fair—actually costing less than what some other companies charge just for a call-out fee. Professional, efficient, and honest service. If you need hot water help, don't even bother calling anyone else!
