The Calamari is awesome...perfectly cooked..so many places overcook it so it is like rubber. I also had a veggie plate..the grilled vegetables were delicious but the mashed potato tasted weird and I just couldn't bring myself to eat it. Altogether it was a good value and I enjoyed almost all of what I had so I am happy.

This is by far the best seafood restaurant in Murrell’s Inlet and that’s saying a lot because there are several great restaurants here!

We ate dinner at Hot Fish club after having a drink in the gazebo. Both the bartender in the gazebo and our waiter in the restaurant were so personable and knowledgeable about the menu. Mike had the lamb chops which were the best he said he’s ever eaten in his life and he orders lamb chops a lot plus we cook them at home. I had fillet and scallops served on top of mashed potatoes and spinach and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked. We loved it and will go back.
loved the fact it was just bar in a huge Gazebo , cool atmosphere. The bartenders were very friendly. The Paul Grimshaw Band jammed and played a variety of music. will definitely be back and I recommend everyone checking this place out
