WARNING. DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR DOG! He triple books and leaves your pet in the worst dirty cages. My dog howled for an hour so I checked back in and she was in a cage, wet. He hadn't even dried her before throwing her back into a cage. I've brought my dog here many times and this time she was shaking and didn't want to stay. I know why now. After 1 hour of being caged, wet, I could see him on the phone, doing side work that shouldn't be done while your pet is being groomed. I asked him why he triple booked dogs and just... read more
