RecommendedHot Dog Cart Company definitely met all our needs. They were very informative and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed. I highly recommend them. We had a 5 hour drive to get there and it was well worth it !
I wasted $8500 by purchasing a cart from this company. Buyer beware! I asked the owner if he sold carts to California. He said yes all the time. This trailer is nowhere near up to code in California. It was very unstable at any speed over 50 miles/per hour and actually flipped over while my employees were driving back from an event. Terrible product.
Crap, crap, crap. After 4 months fryer went - owner would not help with any kind of warranty. Have spent thousands on repairing fryer over and over and over because they can't figure out what is wrong. Floor has rotted in areas and had to be replaced 3 times, rivets all rusted off. Fan broke in under a year. No help, no warranty no nothing. Crap, crap crap. Stay away
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. All the reasons stated in previous 1 star reviews I have experienced as well. I purchased the lighting bolt from them a little over a year ago.
let me say the cart is well built. However the cart did not have the same drains in it that the pics had in them. of course I did not notice it when I first picked it up. The drains had no plugs. I called and emailed them several times. My cart did not pass health code inspections. He was great to deal with before he got my money. After that he would not respond to calls. These carts are junk. Very cheaply made. They run the wires and hoses through holes drilled in the steel with no rubber grommets. I've had to fix a lot of things before I could use it once. Try getting hold of them is impossible. They take your money, and that's the last you hear from them. Should be a class action lawsuit against them. I'm almost afraid to tow it down the highway.
