I bring my boy here quite a bit. He's always wiped out when he gets home from playing with dogs of his size. Every time he goes, he receives a report card and sometimes a custom print. He's always well loved when I drop him off and at pickup. Highly recommending this Dog Resort.
Really liked this place intentionally. They've done great work with both of girls. However, I called this week to get my girls groomed, and I had a not so nice encounter with their manager. My larger dog is up to date with all of her vaccines but my little one only has her rabies vaccine. I explained that my dog has cancer and she just had a huge tumor removed in February. Her doctor doesn't want her to get any additional vaccines at the moment. They didn't care. They said I had to go get my dog tested? Like tested for what?... read more
Took our pup for her first groom after we adopted her. I was nervous as she is a rescue and has separated anxiety. Our groomer came out, sat with us, talked me through what we signed up for and what she suggested. The whole team made the pup feel safe and at ease. We even got a little report card when I picked her up. Thank you! Update 12-21-2024 This place still keeps up amazing work and has a wonderful staff. They surprised us with holiday photos of our pup. Maddie was such a dear taking care of our elderly Aussie’s grooming needs. She’s patient, listens to our concerns, and goes the extra mile. It was sweet to get a photo of our dog when I picked him up too!
We’ve been looking for a new groomer for a while , after our groomer took a break from grooming . I’ve been task with finding another groomer we would love as much as Michelle , Well Hot Diggity Dog Resort was amazing !! We have two dogs and Aussiedoodle an a mini Bernadoodle. Maddie & Priscilla were awesome!!
