Took our pup for her first groom after we adopted her. I was nervous as she is a rescue and has separated anxiety. Our groomer came out, sat with us, talked me through what we signed up for and what she suggested. The whole team made the pup feel safe and at ease. I originally had some concerns after a less-than-pleasant phone interaction with a staff member regarding vaccine requirements for one of my dogs. My larger pup is fully vaccinated, but my smaller one, who is battling cancer and recently underwent major surgery, only has her rabies shot per her vet’s recommendation. I bring my boy here quite a bit. He's always wiped out when he gets home from playing with dogs of his size. Every time he goes, he receives a report card and sometimes a custom print. He's always well loved when I drop him off and at pickup. Highly recommending this Dog Resort.

We are so grateful to our amazing groomer and Dr. Mosten the wonderful veterinarian dental partner! It wasn't easy finding somewhere Zulu could actually be groomed. Our heeler can be a bit hesitant when it comes to grooming and dental care, but these providers both have such a calm and confident way with her that she feels secure and at ease in their care. When we moved, we looked for a place that could take our dog, Leia, for grooming. We have had nothing but great experiences with the entire staff. Grooming is always done in a timely manner (have now gone 5 times over the last couple years), and my dog is always happy, soft, and perfectly groomed when I pick her up. Thank you Priscilla, Madeline, Rachel and Anai for always making Leia beautiful! ☺️
