Came in on Sunday at 5:55 pm...very nice lady at the counter took time to explain everything to me. I will be back for the buffet!!! Tamales are delicious too!!!
Most delightful environment with walls brimming with local art and wait until you cross paths with Ione, the owner.... she is fabulous and charming to visit with...and the tamales.... were delicious! We had a sampling of several items including, tamales, fajitas, and tacos. I'm in agreement with one of the other reviews! These tamales were awful! I have the Cowboy brisket tamales and there might have been two shreds of brisket in them! The best thing I ate were the black beans and white queso. So very disappointed and really look nothing like the pictures that are posted!
The tamales we bought for xmas were awful. Very soggy and fell apart. At 26$ a dozen no thanks. Marquez bakery is wayyyy better
I was there a couple of weeks ago, I had the brisket tacos. They were lethally delicious, great ambiance, excellent service. I spoke with the owner Ione, very nice lady. She took the time to have a long conversation. Before I left I bought a dozen brisket tamales. Those were very damn good in a not funny way. I'll be back for sure.
