My experience was pretty much the same as the recent reviews. Placed an order, got a notice that a shipping label was printed but item was never sent to UPS. No replies to multiple emails. Phone forwarded a full mail box with no reply. Definitely pretty high up there on the fraud scale.
I ordered two dozen a few weeks ago. they finally arrive but only two packs of six. $38.00 is a lot for these punny things. I'll stick to Pecos and my regular family.

Although we have not eaten in the restaurant, the tamales are excellent. We have experienced their catering services several times and the are hot, good, and the staff were beyond reproach. I personally highly recommend their product. I especially like that they deliver already frozen. Thank you.

I ordered three Christmas orders on 12-17-2017 for various family members throughout the country and now in April 2018, my online order still says "awaiting fulfillment". I have called the phone number listed (no one ever answers) and its now a random number. I have even visited the store multiple times hoping to get to see or speak with a live person, but its always closed. I spent $175 for what I thought would be fun and thoughtful Christmas presents, but to no avail. This business is a sham.
