It was on memorial day weekend . A pipe in my basement was impaired and leaking water in the basement. It was so hard to find anyone or even charging the weekend or holiday hefty price. He resolved my issue by updating the pipe/valve and got me up and running. Mind you we had to shut the main off until service. He showed up at 6:30 memorial day, was finished within a couple of hours. A fantastic job well done. ERIC the owner of Hot And Cold plumbing is highly skilled, professional and kind. Will use them in tge near future.

Eric was always available, timely, and was able to answer any questions I had. He explained things in detail, including code and concerns, and I am confident that things were done exactly as they should. Eric was the only plumber I interviewed who pulled permits for the outside work, and mentioned that Massachusetts had special requirements for outside gas grills. I'm confident in the safety and attention to detail of his work, and his price was reasonable as well.
