HOT COLD AIR INC's Tech Javier did a great job = my AC noise + PVC line loose + Attic access move = 3 solutions： ______________________________________________ 1) The unit stopped making noise. I just want to say. This company is probably one of the best companies that I’ve ever had to deal with. Especially, one of their technicians: Sergio. He was awesome! Very courteous, friendly and he communicated to me very efficiently. He texted me on what time he would be there and he was on time. No BS! I was really surprised that I received a text from him on a Sunday and I just made the request the day before. Got straight to work and instantly knew what the issue was. Went out of their way to replace the filter and offer alternative solutions. Great help. Update: called them again for a second problem that happened and Alan M was most accommodating with my schedule and needs. He listend to the problem and quickly fixed it.
