Disconnected & rude ownership. Had an issue arise at the counter. I gave ownership the opportunity to correct it after leaving but received only another nasty message. With business owners operating like this, it is no surprise that the tanning chains have become so successful. I personally avoid all corporate chains in favor of locally owned businesses but in this case I can not recommend supporting this business.
I love this place, the only one I will use in Jamestown! The staff is the best, very helpful. The beds are always clean and bulbs are changed regularly.
